I always return for the weekend. Staff found my lost item on my first visit. Amazing amenities like Wi-Fi, fitness center, and pet-friendly policy. It suits me perfectly - hassle-free with everything I need.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, close to key attractions and transportation options. Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. the room was impeccably clean and well, decorated, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere.

The check, in process was disorganized and took longer than expected, causing some initial frustration. the room we were allocated was smaller than anticipated, which made it a bit cramped for a romantic escape.

The hotel was ideal, and I loved particularly helpful staff and functional room. Very comfy beds, climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television in the room. The location was favourable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Times Square.

The staff was courteous and welcoming, the breakfast offered was satisfactory with lots of food. The venue was set in the central position near Central Park and all the high street shops and the subway and central park...

Our recent stay at 1 Hotel Central Park was exceptional. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to Central Park and Fifth Avenue. The rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Richard the concierge who provided us with invaluable recommendations and knowledge about the city. We felt warmly welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a tourist in NYC, I decided to stay at 1 Hotel Central Park and it was the perfect choice. The location was ideal, adjacent to Central Park and close to public transportation. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the concierge went above and beyond to assist me. The room was comfortable and well-designed, with a relaxing atmosphere. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and I enjoyed the unique wood decor and pleasant scent throughout the hotel. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

We were pampered with exclusive amenities and our every need was taken care of timely. the room was spacious with lavish furnishings and the private facilities were also a highlight. We especially loved the in-room breakfast and the snack bar. the service was also outstanding, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable at all times.

Our only complaint would be the noise from outside that disturbed us during the night. Other than that, the hotel was perfect.

The culinary team at Jams offers a variety of food and drink menus curated by Chef Jonathan Waxman, featuring fresh, seasonal dishes. I felt like a food critic sampling the most sumptuous delights as I indulged in their delectable farm-fresh offerings. The flavors danced on my palate, reminiscent of a Michelin-starred feast.

Good location

Small room overlooking a small courtyard where a huge air conditioning unit is located. Even with the windows closed and earplugs it was impossible for us to sleep. We asked for another room it was possible but the price would have been much higher. So avoid courtyard rooms for this hotel.

Die Lage dieses Hotels war perfekt. Es liegt in einer schönen Gegend in der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten. Die U-Bahn-Station ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und es gab viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Insgesamt war dieses Hotel so nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen, dass ich sie bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Das Frühstück im Hotel war ebenfalls fantastisch, mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen.

We liked the proximity to Central Park, close to the main avenues, possibility to make the vast majority of visits on foot.

Very bad insulation of the rooms, we hear every night noises from the other rooms.

The service is absolutely not up to the price - room not made even if at the end we realized that the undisturbed button had been turned on by mistake - in a 5-star hotel at one point we still come to see - we left in the morning at 9 o'clock and came back at more than midnight...
