I always return for the weekend. Staff found my lost item on my first visit. Amazing amenities like Wi-Fi, fitness center, and pet-friendly policy. It suits me perfectly - hassle-free with everything I need.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, close to key attractions and transportation options. Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-decorated, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere.

The check-in process was disorganized and took longer than expected, causing some initial frustration. The room we were allocated was smaller than anticipated, which made it a bit cramped for a romantic escape.

The hotel was ideal, and I loved particularly helpful staff and functional room. Very comfy beds, climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television in the room. The location was favourable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Times Square.

The staff was courteous and welcoming, the breakfast offered was satisfactory with lots of food. The venue was set in the central position near Central Park and all the high street shops and the subway and central park...

Our recent stay at 1 Hotel Central Park was exceptional. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to Central Park and Fifth Avenue. The rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Richard the concierge who provided us with invaluable recommendations and knowledge about the city. We felt warmly welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a tourist in NYC, I decided to stay at 1 Hotel Central Park and it was the perfect choice. The location was ideal, adjacent to Central Park and close to public transportation. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the concierge went above and beyond to assist me. The room was comfortable and well-designed, with a relaxing atmosphere. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and I enjoyed the unique wood decor and pleasant scent throughout the hotel. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel! La chambre était très propre et confortable, avec une télévision grand écran. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec un choix varié. Le personnel était très aimable et disponible. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait, très proche du centre-ville, à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville. J'ai également apprécié qu'il y ait de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Our stay at the hotel was simply luxurious. We were pampered with exclusive amenities and our every need was taken care of timely. The room was spacious with lavish furnishings and the private facilities were also a highlight. We especially loved the in-room breakfast and the snack bar. The service was also outstanding, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable at all times.

Our only complaint would be the noise from outside that disturbed us during the night. Other than that, the hotel was perfect.

I felt like a food critic sampling the most sumptuous delights as I indulged in their delectable farm-fresh offerings. The flavors danced on my palate, reminiscent of a Michelin-starred feast.

There are also great restaurants nearby, allowing you to indulge in delicious cuisine. The rooms are adorned with innovative and luxurious designs, providing a comfortable and clean space. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure excellent service and accommodate guests' needs. Additionally, the hotel offers a window seat where you can sit and enjoy the bustling city atmosphere.

One downside is that the breakfast options may not meet everyone's expectations.

The hotel was brand-new and the staff especially helpful, best possible location close to the park. The room was functional & convenient, there was a comfortable bed. Loved the beautiful bathroom. Early check in and excellent service overall.

Good location

Small room overlooking a small courtyard where a huge air conditioning unit is located. Even with the windows closed and earplugs it was impossible for us to sleep. We asked for another room it was possible but the price would have been much higher. So avoid courtyard rooms for this hotel.

The service is absolutely not up to the price - room not made even if at the end we realized that the undisturbed button had been turned on by mistake - in a 5-star hotel at one point we still come to see - we left in the morning at 9 o'clock and came back at more than midnight...

The location is perfect for shopaholics and park enthusiasts. Convenient stores and cafes are everywhere. The design is cool, and the beds are too comfy to leave. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel offers a mouthwatering breakfast with a perfect New York bagel.

We liked the proximity to Central Park, close to the main avenues, possibility to make the vast majority of visits on foot.

Very bad insulation of the rooms, we hear every night noises from the other rooms.

Perfect location, eco-friendly, and exceptional decor. Enjoyed the fragrant cedar and vetyver and the living plants throughout the hotel. The staff was kind and accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved how the hotel's wall gardens and green plants instantly made me feel relaxed and de-stressed. The fitness room was spacious and had new machines, weights, and yoga mats. The beds were comfy and well-made. The hotel provided cable TV with HBO and free wifi throughout. The toiletries were of excellent quality and the room layout was great. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful and tranquil ambiance of the hotel.

I felt very well, no complaints whatsoever.
